Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states. Every order ships from print facilities within the United States, so your gear doesn't have to cross an ocean to get to you.

How Long It Takes

Every item is printed on demand — made just for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Here's the typical timeline:

Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
Total door-to-door: 5–12 business days

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you're ordering multiple items, they may ship separately depending on which facility handles each product.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase. No code needed. Because adding $8 shipping to a $25 tee is the kind of math that ruins everyone's day.

Returns & Exchanges

The Short Version

Not happy? We'll make it right. 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. No interrogation. No "please write a 500-word essay about why you're returning this."

How It Works

Email us at connect@bestdogmom.net with your order number and what went wrong.
We'll send you a prepaid return label or set up a replacement — whichever you prefer.
Ship it back (or just confirm the issue with a photo for defective items).
Refund or replacement processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

What We Can't Return

Since every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for "changed my mind" on items that arrived exactly as described. But if the sizing is off, the print is wrong, or there's any quality issue — that's 100% on us and we'll fix it immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, snap a photo and email us. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to send the damaged item back. Life's too short to stand in line at the post office.
